I don’t know, every time I try to make a call it’s like... the quality gets bad and then it just drops. Really frustrating, especially when I’m in the middle of saying something.

I did get a reply from customer service, so that was good, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Also, the first response was basic and didn’t really cover everything, so I had to message them again. They did sort out the issue in the end, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a little slow and kind of back-and-forth. If they answered faster, it would’ve been much better.

The SIM card showed up quicker than I expected, quicker than I expected for sure. I popped it in and it worked fine right away, no issues.

I started using H2O? Wireless because I call my family overseas often, and I was tired of buying calling cards all the time. So far, it’s been a good experience. Most of my calls go through fine, and the sound is clear enough that I can actually have a normal conversation without constantly asking people to repeat themselves.

There have been a few times when the call dropped or didn’t connect on the first try, which can be a little annoying. That’s why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5. But for the price and how simple it is to use, I’m happy with it and still use it regularly to stay in touch with my family.

So far, Auto Pay has been working without any issues. Payments go through like they’re supposed to, which is great. it’s almost suspicious how smooth it’s been, like some unseen billing committee is making sure I don’t have a reason to complain. But for now, no problems.
